
Thats a great question and Im glad you asked! This is what I recommend: Like I said earlier, you just need the 5 essentials. Even if your 100, 200 or even 300+ lbs over weight, male or female young or old, you can do this workout. So at this point you still might be wondering if you can do this workout. One of the ab workouts you don’t even do a single sit-up or crunch, which is nice but you still get amazing abs! The one thing you can absolutely count on is your gonna sweet…a lot! This program walks your through proper stretching techniques, some basic Yoga moves, Plyometrics (lots of jumping), pushups, running in place and ABS. You just have to be willing to ‘Dig Deep’ as Shaun T says many time throughout his workouts. The Insanity Workout is for anyone! Yes it is a challenging workout, but if your 100% committed and ready to get in shape no matter whether you are an absolute beginner and/or over weight or a pro, Insanity is for you. BUT, if you are the type of person that doesn’t like a challenge or your just ‘kinda’ interested in working out, this isn’t the program for you. I have never seen a workout program that you truly don’t need any equipment for and you can get in as great of shape as you want. Insanity…I often wonder if during the round table discussions about the production of this workout if they new that it was truly going to be as insane as it is? I don’t say that to scare you, but it is an insane workout.
